The 3x100M Stopwatch is powered by a lithium battery, which will keep your timer running strong for up to five years. Most other stopwatches use a silver oxide battery, which only last about one year. If you expect a professional quality time piece, insist on lithium.

Five Year Limited Warranty:

FINIS warrants this product (except for batteries) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for five years from the date of purchase. FINIS will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by negligence, accident, misuse or repair. No responsibility is assumed for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so that the above limitations may not apply. This warranty gives specific legal rights, and other rights may exist which vary from state to state.
