Ordering Procedure Step 1: Please ensure to capture your personal and address details using the following button:
 Step 2: You can now place orders using the following buttons. Only your e-mail address is required on the order forms, as we will have your details as captured in the previous step. Select the products/order quantities you require, and press the "Submit" button at the end of the form. We will confirm your order ASAP and forward a Performa invoice to your email address.      We also take telephonic orders as well as orders sent via fax. Payment is due before shipping occurs. We gladly accept direct funds transfer, personal and business cheques, Visa, and MasterCard. Backordered items usually ship within 24 hours after they have been received. If you indicate a second choice of color or item we can often quickly substitute that one in for you. We know that backorders are frustrating for you ... however sometimes our suppliers run out of a popular item and it takes a while to replenish it.
Shipping options The goods are normally sent overnight counter to counter via the Post Office or Door-to Door via courier. The cost for items above 1 Kg, as well as items where there is a volumetric calculation will be confirmed when placing the order. The goods can also be send Normal postage at a reduced cost. The delivery of these items are normally in excess of 3 days.
Return policy Guarantee: We believe that the FINIS products are of the highest quality, which is why we back all their products with a 90 day guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide you a refund or exchange within 90 days from purchase date. Swimming International reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns. Exchange: In order to guarantee your satisfaction, we will exchange any items within 30 days from the day you receive it. All goods being exchanged must be in new and unused condition and include hang tags and original manufacturer packaging. A return fee might be charged for the item. To ensure items you are returning to us arrive securely, we suggest you protect yourself against loss by sending via Insured Mail or by Counter to Counter service.
Health regulations stipulate that swimwear that is worn, soiled, damaged or laundered is considered to be in other than "As New" condition and cannot be returned. Please remember that swimsuits to be tried on over undergarments.
