Shooter

The FINIS Shooter is an easy to use race tempo Monofin. The Shooter was designed with a short blade to better simulate race tempo. We have been told by many that the existing Monofins are great conditioning tools and great for working on speed and streamline work. This technique involves a long and fluid, powerful kick.

The Shooter, with the shorter blade allows a more rapid fire action which is great for simulating actual kick tempo. This small and short style Monofin can give a swimmer just enough extra power to maintain good body position without overloading the leg muscles.

The Shooter makes it easier to swim butterfly correctly for longer periods of time without the usual stroke decay. It is recommended for butterfly, breaststroke arm recovery drills, backstroke underwater work and swim starts and turns.

Get the extra power and speed that only a Monofin can provide!

For ages 12 and older.

20" x 18", Stiff blade

"The FINIS Monofin is one of the greatest teaching and training devices that I have come across.
It allows athletes to focus on and learn proper streamlining, balance and kicking techniques for all the competitive strokes."

" The Monofin has done absolute wonders for our butterfly swimmers.

It has increased leg strength by improving the flexibility of the ankles, which I feel is critical to swimming fast butterfly.

And, if you're serious about having fast fliers and developing a strong underwater kick for your backstrokers, the investment is well worth it.

I feel the dividends we have received are outstanding."

Head Swim Coach, Lafayette Area Aquatics
